All males are born with some loose skin covering the end of the penis called the foreskin. Some male babies have their foreskins removed a few days after they are born, either by a doctor or by a religious person. This procedure is called circumcision. Although a circumcised penis different from an uncircumcised one, both work in the same way and equally well too.
